Onset Financial just celebrated the opening of its new headquarters in Draper, UT. The company’s growth over the last decade necessitated the state-of-the-art, 55,000-square-foot building.

Over 300 business associates, employees and community leaders gathered as founder and Chief Executive Officer Justin Nielsen thanked his partner, Scott Miller, his team and his family for their support.

“This building is a representation of the ability to overcome adversity as an organization and as a collective group of talents,” said Nielsen. “To come together and focus on one goal and to succeed, that is ultimately what this building represents.

Completed by Utah-based firms, Zwick Construction, Gould and Associates, and Henriksen-Butler, Onset’s new office space is designed to create a high-performance environment with room for future growth.

The campus features a modern Bistro complete with a patio for outdoor dining, a training room with floor-to-ceiling windows and four large conference rooms. The campus embodies Onset’s innovated culture with designated spaces for collaboration.
