KLC Financial, Inc. announced Joel Dammann recently joined the company as a Business Development Representative. Dammann comes to KLC with decades of experience helping businesses find the perfect financing package to meet their growth needs.
Dammann is great at finding advantageous financing accommodations for startup businesses, companies that needed funding for growth and companies that are in transition or involved in a merger or acquisition. He has been involved assisting numerous local businesses in obtaining adequate financing. He has helped innumerable businesses achieve their goals and he has worked with a variety of businesses of various sizes and from a vast array of industries including manufacturing, distribution and service.
A major portion of his background includes a history working closely with banks, CPAs, attorneys, turnaround professionals and other service providers to help them work through their client’s financing issues. In a number of cases, he has mentored and counseled various business owners on their financing needs to seek various alternative sources. He prides himself on being a resource for and working with businesses and referral sources to find a home for each company in need of financing.

Dammann received his B.A. degree from St. Cloud State University in accounting and then started to work as an Accountant for a Fortune 500 cleaning and sanitizing company. Subsequently, Dammann was involved in the commercial and residential window business working for a group of closely related companies where he eventually became a part-owner, Director and Chief Financial Officer of one of the companies. He is still active as a board member.
Eventually, relying on his business experience, Dammann began a consulting career working for a number of years with small to mid-sized closely held firms helping them in a variety of situations, including those in need of financing. Since 2004 Joel has been providing asset-Based alternative financing to clients working with SPECTRUM Commercial Services.
With his consultative approach, his extensive background and business expertise, Dammann is a valuable addition to the KLC team, the company said.
