LeaseAccelerator announced Tracy Henriques has been promoted to Chief Customer Officer. Henriques will assume responsibility for all post-sales activities with customers and business partners, including professional services, partner success, technical support, customer success, managed services, resource development, and customer and partner training.
“There is no better executive to lead our customer-focused organization than Tracy. She’s been an external auditor, an internal auditor and controller, and run a P&L,” said Michael Keeler, CEO of LeaseAccelerator. “She knows what it takes to hone the monthly close and run a public company. She’s walked in our customer’s shoes and now walks with them on their journey of continuous compliance.”
Henriques joined LeaseAccelerator in 2017 as Vice President of Customer Success and has played a key leadership role transitioning hundreds of large public companies to the new ASC 842 and IFRS 16 lease accounting standards. Prior to joining LeaseAccelerator, she was Vice President of Customer Success at Microstrategy, where she built and led the global customer success team for a multi-hundred-million-dollar revenue base or more serving more than 4,000 enterprise and OEM customers.
Before transitioning into customer success and technology operations roles over the past 10 years, Henriques spent the earlier part of her career working in both internal audit and public company auditor roles. A multi-lingual Singaporean, Henriques started her career at PriceWaterhouseCoopers after earning a bachelor of commerce, accounting and management degree from the University of Melbourne.
“Multi-national companies are seeking a partner that can lead them on a journey to a highly automated, predictable, monthly global close,” Henriques said. “It’s not just about implementing software and then leaving the customers on their own. It’s about on-going engagement, support and collaboration with customers in the pursuit of excellence. That’s what customer success means and this is my mission as CCO.”
