The Bancorp, Inc. announced Ashley Olejnik has joined the Small Business Lending team as Vice President, SBA Business Development Officer. She supports small business owners regionally and nationally across a range of industries by providing Small Business Administration (SBA) lending expertise and services. She is based in Nashville, TN.

With a financial services career spanning over 20 years, Olejnik has extensive knowledge of SBA financing. Most recently, she was Vice President, SBA Business Development Officer at Suntrust Bank.

“Ashley’s background aligns perfectly with The Bancorp’s national lending platform that focuses on both the SBA 7(a) and 504 products,” said Jeff Nager, Executive Vice President, Head of Small Business Lending. “Her know-how will increase our capabilities as we continue to expand our national portfolio. We’re pleased to welcome her to our team.”

The company also announced the addition of three new Account Executives to its Commercial Fleet Leasing team. Joining the company are Eric Beyer, Missy Maylott and Sean Wilson.

In the Account Executive role, they will develop and implement sales plans, provide customized fleet leasing solutions and offer industry expertise to current and prospective clients both regionally and nationally.

Beyer brings extensive experience to his new job with more than 25 years’ background in sales, account management and fleet leasing. He will be based in Harrisburg, NC. Prior to joining The Bancorp, he served as a Regional Account Sales Manager at Aktion Associates.

Maylott’s commercial fleet leasing expertise includes her most recent position at Wilmar, Inc. where she was a Fleet Consultant for nearly 10 years. She will be based in Davidson, NC.

Wilson, with more than 25 years of experience, offers robust industry knowledge and sales experience. He previously served as a Commercial Account Manager at Mullinax Ford. He will be based in Orlando, FL.
