David Normandin, CLFP, President and CEO of Wintrust Specialty Finance, has been elected to serve on the Board of Directors for the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association (ELFA). This will be Normandin’s first year to serve as a board member following three years of service on the Business Council Steering Committee for the Small Ticket sector with the last two years as chair.

Normandin recently joined Wintrust to build its small-ticket equipment leasing business headquartered in Southern California. Wintrust Specialty Finance mission is to add value to its partners, customers and employees by providing highly scaled innovative finance solutions.
