The past year has been one of growth at KLC Financial. To accommodate the growing needs of its customers, the company has expanded its team to include the following new staff members:

• Debbie Waldron, Account Specialist, comes to KLC Financial with years of experience in Accounts Receivable. Prior to joining KLC, she worked at Stearns Bank for 23 years assisting several different departments throughout her time there.
• Kim Kee, Accounts Payable Coordinator, comes to KLC Financial with 14 years of accounts payable and titling equipment experience at TCF Equipment Finance. She has additional experience in Accounts Payable from her work at Champion Air.
• Mike Sulava, Business Development, joins KLC Financial with a wide-range of business and industry knowledge that all started around the kitchen table growing up on the East Coast. He takes this knowledge and makes it one of his personal goals to help businesses get what they need to succeed.
• Saima Hawley, Accountant, has been involved in the business world for over 20 years. For six years she worked for Cargill in their Global Financial Support Team working on U.S. North American implementations of their accounting systems where she specialized in accounts payable and purchasing. She also owned and operated her own photography business for 13 years. She was named Twin Cities Photographer of the year in 2014. The past two years she has worked as a contractor working in the AR side before settling in with KLC Financial in 2018.

KLC Financial also announced the following promotions:

• Erin Rasmus, Senior Account Manager, came to KLC Financial in 2017 with a background in the energy efficiency and solar energy finance industry. As account manager at KLC Financial, she assists customers with their financing needs. She has a proven track record of exceptional customer service.
• Jena Morgan, Director of Systems, Solutions and Marketing, joined KLC Financial in 2014. As marketing and portfolio manager, she wears many hats. She manages the marketing strategy and the organization’s current customer portfolio. She also works on internal operational efficiency strategy through analyzing processes and upgrading technology. She has been in the finance industry for over a decade. Her background includes experience in Small Business Administration lending, marketing, business development and owning her own business.
• Kevin Kelly, CLFP, Vice President of Accounting and Finance, joined KLC Financial in May 2014 and is Controller and Treasurer. Prior to joining KLC, he worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers, L-Identity Solutions and Ecolab. Since moving into the leasing and financing industry, he has obtained his Certified Leasing Financing Professional (CLFP) certification. Kelly has a Masters of Accounting degree from Brigham Young University.
• Chris Willis, Senior Accountant, came to KLC Financial from Starkey Hearing Technologies where he worked as an Accounting Associate. He manages outgoing customer and vendor payments along with other various duties. He has an Associate of Arts degree in Accounting and will be graduating from Bemidji State University the summer of 2018 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting.
