ENGS Commercial Capital (ECC) announced Lorraine Julius has joined as Senior Vice President, Business Development Manager. In this role, she will be responsible for new business origination and other business development objectives in the western U.S. As a 15-year veteran in the factoring and asset-based lending industry, Julius had held business development positions at Gerber Finance and LSQ Funding.

ECC is a subsidiary of ENGS Commercial Finance, a Mitsubishi UFJ Lease & Finance Company.
