Onset Financial has promoted Melinda Haynes to President of Lease Operations. Previously, she served as Senior Vice President of Product Management. In her new role, Haynes will oversee all lease operations at Onset Financial, manage department leadership and track analytics to ensure all processes are streamlined and effective.
