Ryan Smith has joined CapX Partners as an Associate, the company announced. In this position, he will support investment underwriting and evaluation, portfolio management and deal execution.

Prior to joining CapX, Smith worked as a commercial banking analyst at Wells Fargo, where he underwrote cash flow and asset-driven transactions for a diverse portfolio of middle market companies across various industries. He graduated from the University of Illinois with a B.S. in finance and supply chain management.
