Univest Capital, Inc., a subsidiary of Univest Bank and Trust Co., announced the appointment of William Clark as President. In this role, Clark is responsible for the operations and sales departments along with overseeing the planning, budgeting and overall strategy for the business.

Clark has more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. Previously, he served as chief operating officer at Univest Capital. Clark earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Pennsylvania State University. He is active in his local community and regularly volunteers to work on projects for Habitat for Humanity. Clark resides in Newtown Square, PA.
