Natixis announced it has appointed Yevgeniya (Gene) Levitin as Managing Director, Aviation Industry Group. She will report to Gareth John, Global Head of Aviation, and will be based in New York.
“We are very pleased to have Yevgeniya join our expanding aviation franchise,” John said. “She brings extensive sector experience and expertise that she will leverage to provide our clients with a comprehensive suite of tailored financing and advisory solutions.
Levitin will play a key role in initiating and coordinating capital markets and investment banking solutions on a dedicated portfolio of strategic clients across the aviation sector. She will work closely with other departments in the region, as well as global aviation teams, to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to developing new business and strengthening existing relationships.
Levitin is a senior airline and aircraft leasing banker and restructuring advisor with extensive industry and investor relationships. She has over 15 years of structured finance and aviation industry experience and joins Natixis from Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, where she was Managing Director – Senior Coverage Banker, Transportation Group – Americas. Previously, Levitin worked at Seabury Group and The Transportation Group. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from Brown University and an MBA from Columbia Business School
