Onset Financial CEO Justin Nielsen has won a spot on Glassdoor Employees’ Choice Awards honoring America’s Top CEOs in 2018. Glassdoor, one of the world’s largest job and recruiting sites, released its annual report recognizing the Top 50 CEOs, which highlights leaders who employees love working for at businesses with up to 1,000 employees.

Among chief executives recognized by employees in the U.S., Nielsen received an impressive approval rating based on the anonymous and voluntary reviews Onset Financial employees shared on Glassdoor throughout the past year.

Onset Financial is coming off of the best second quarter in the company’s 10-year history and is set to move into a state-of-the-art 54,000-square-foot building nestled on its own campus later this year, the Salt Lake City-based company said.
