Velocity Vehicle Group (VVG), an integrated network of commercial truck dealerships throughout the Southwest, is unveiling a new brand identity. This includes its 19 commercial truck dealerships operating under different business names, such as Freightliner of Los Angeles, LA Freightliner of Fontana, Freightliner of Arizona, San Diego Freightliner, as well as Silver State Truck and Trailer and High Desert Truck & Trailer.
These companies will now be known as Velocity Truck Centers (VTC) and be visually united with a new logo and brand identity. All of the dealerships will embrace the new logo and unified brand.
"The new VTC logo design emerged from the intersection of three graphic elements that represent our guiding principles of speed, quality and trust coming together as the premier commercial dealership network in the Southwest," said Brad Fauvre, Co-President of VVG.
For VVG it was a pivotal time to align the company's vision with the right brand strategy — one that would not only preserve the integrity of the dealerships but use and grow the brand's equity while signaling change and reinforcing a commitment to innovation and dedication to the needs of their customers.
“We are very proud of our management team’s discipline and commitment to excellence and are now more united than ever in our ongoing dedication to providing unparalleled customer service for our customers at whichever location they visit,” added Conan Barker, Co-President of VVG.
Velocity Truck Centers now represents the commercial truck dealership division of Velocity Vehicle Group. VVG has grown rapidly over the past 20 years. In addition to the VTC truck dealerships, VVG offers school buses through its BusWest division, commercial equipment finance through its Crossroads Equipment Lease & Finance division, truck rental and leasing through its Velocity Trucks Rental & Leasing division, recreational vehicles through its SportTrucks RV division and small business capital through its SBA licensed Crossroads Small Business Solutions division. In all with 31 locations and 1,500 employees, VVG offers its customers a complete lineup of commercial vehicles and services including leasing, rentals, equipment financing, parts, service, specialty fabrication and collision repairs.
The new identity will be reflected across all dealerships via digital and physical properties as well as with the launch of the VTC website, officials said.
