Boston Financial & Equity closed two deals totaling $500,000. The first company was founded in 2015 with a $15 million investment from a global healthcare investment firm. The company focuses on a new drug development and therapy using the patient’s own cells. Although the company only has 4 months of cash left, they do have remaining availability on a line with an investor. The equipment, an imaging system, is used to evaluate drug candidates for delivery into the tissue.
Their second new lessee incorporated a year ago, and already has partnered with a tier one technology manufacturing company in Japan. They have raised a $3 million seed round and are expecting to raise an 8 figure series A once they finalize their software. Their technology will transform cloud computing. They are currently on a first schedule of equipment consisting of services and switches for R&D.
