Great Lakes Asset Solutions has finished its first ever internship, giving local university and college students a head start. Kenneth Colak a student at the University of Buffalo has wrapped up his summer internship here at Great Lakes Asset Solutions in high regard and admiration for his effort, work ethic, and attitude.

Colak was an intern for Marketing, Sales, and Advertising, hoping to gain some insight through experience in the field before he graduates with a degree in Business Administration and a concentration in Marketing with a Minor in Philosophy. He was responsible for numerous projects including promotion/advertising campaigns by creating visual and physical presentations, and advertisements, he also took a crack at sales by finding new sales leads, and much more all the while also updating our online presence.

Much of Colak’s work that has been implemented into our organization is used daily. His presence and work will be felt and used long after he has left.

When asked about his time spent here this summer Colak stated “I loved the opportunity, it was great working here and seeing the ins and outs of a company. Everyone was warm and friendly eager to welcome me into the family. My experience here has been valuable while also rewarding.”
