Shari L. Lipski, CLFP, Principal, ECS Financial Services, Inc., joined the Commercial Finance Association’s Midwest Chapter Co-Chairing on the Membership Committee. Her extensive background as an active committee and board member with various trade associations will be a great addition to the committee and welcomed by the chapter members.

In Lipski's role as Co-Chair, she will assist the committee as it works to inform prospective and current members in understanding the immense benefits and opportunities provided to them by the CFA including the value associated with education, networking, and creation of brand awareness in affiliating with the premier trade group for commercial finance companies, factors, banks, and others engaged in asset-based financial services.

With over 25 years of business experience, the last 18 at ECS Financial, a financial services firm focused on the leasing industry, Lipski is excited to share with her peers the valuable experience and expertise she has learned in business development, portfolio management, tax and accounting matters focused on the leasing, finance, and banking industries.

In addition to dedicating her time to the CFA-Midwest, Lipski is also active in a number of other professional associations including the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association, National Equipment Finance Association, Association for Corporate Growth, and the Certified Lease and Finance Professional Foundation, and often shares her knowledge by writing for several trade publications and as an instructor for various organizations.
