Union Leasing, Inc., a mid-market fleet management company and a subsidiary of Sasser Family Holdings, announced the appointment of Todd Heemsoth as company president effective July 1.

Heemsoth is an entrepreneurial executive with extensive business and technology experience. Prior to joining Union, Heemsoth was partner-in-charge, Strategic Technologies Division, at Sikich LLP, a top-30 public accounting and technology consulting firm. Previously Heemsoth served as president of Hale Solutions, Inc., an information technology consulting firm that he founded in 2004 and sold to Sikich in December of 2016. Heemsoth also has experience as a Business Systems Consulting and Information Systems Audit manager at Ernst & Young. Heemsoth earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting from the Krannert School of Management at Purdue University. He is also a certified public accountant.
