Great Lakes Asset Solutions has promoted John Michaels to asset recovery supervisor while bringing on board veteran collector Larry Burrows to manage the newly expanded commercial collections department. 

John Michaels has been with the company since the doors opened and in the business for well over 13 years. With his knowledge of the industry and his attention to detail, Michaels assists the recovery administrators with day to day duties, assuring all the client’s needs are met. 

Burrows has been in the commercial collections ring for over 15 years. In his new role with Great Lakes, he will be streamlining the collection activity assuring all applicable laws and compliances are adhered to.

Together these two men will assist the upper management team in driving Great Lakes to succeed where others have failed.
