DLL has been named one of the 2017 Top Workplaces in the Delaware Valley by Philly.com for the second year in a row. Based solely on the results of surveys completed by employees, DLL has again been recognized as one of the top 25 large businesses in the Philadelphia area.

“This honor is a special one,” said DLL Vice President of Human Resources Sean McManus. “Our employees are our greatest asset, so their feedback is invaluable. The fact that they are saying we’re doing a good job is the ultimate accolade.”

The survey, conducted by WorkplaceDynamics, LLC, asks employees to respond to statements relating to seven categories: Alignment, Effectiveness, Connection, My Manager, Employee Engagement, Leader and The Basics.

Seventy-two percent of DLL members in Wayne responded to the survey, noting the company’s community involvement initiatives, strong benefits package, paid time off, on-site cafeteria and fitness center as motivating factors for their high scores.
