BMO Harris Equipment Finance (“BMO EFC”) announced  that Tom Sbordone has assumed the role of National Sales Manager and Managing Director for the BMO Harris Equipment Finance Company.  In this new role, reporting to BMO EFC President Jud Snyder, Tom is responsible for leading all direct origination sales channels across the country.

In his previous role, Sbordone was responsible for launching and managing BMO EFC’s Large Corporate sales team, which has been in operation since 2012.

Sbordone has more than 30 years of experience in direct sales and sales management within the Equipment Finance industry. He also serves on the company’s Executive Management Committee.

BMO EFC also announced that Bob Lehr has been elevated to the position of Director and Sales Team Lead for Equipment Finance operations in Wisconsin, Minnesota and Arizona.  Bob will assume sales management responsibilities in these key markets, in addition to continuing his direct sales duties in Wisconsin, where he has enjoyed tremendous success. Lehr has almost 20 years of experience with BMO EFC. He will report to Sbordone in this new role.
