Scott Grady, president of Crestmark Equipment Finance (CEF), announced two new hires at the Bloomfield Hills, Michigan-based company.
Robert W. Leonard, managing director of Indirect Originations at CEF, is based in Bloomfield Hills, and reports to CEF’s Chief Operating Officer Tom Rutherford. Leonard joins CEF from Bank of Birmingham where he was executive vice president, and had responsibility for the equipment financing and private banking areas. His earlier roles include officer positions at Q10/iCap Capital, Michigan National Bank, and Ford Motor Credit Company. He has a B.B.A. in finance from Michigan State University, and an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan – Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
Todd M. Keith, officer, senior credit analyst, at CEF, is based in Bloomfield Hills, and reports to CEF’s Managing Director of Credit and Underwriting John Crockett. Keith joins CEF from Macquarie Equipment Finance where he was vice president, senior credit manager based in Toronto, Canada. While working for Macquarie, he also had a two-year assignment in Dublin, Ireland, where he was credit manager. His previous work experience includes: senior credit analyst at CIT Equipment Leasing; credit analyst, accounting manager at Citizens First Savings Bank; and credit analyst at Metrobank. Keith was on the teaching faculty at the University of Phoenix, and was a volunteer for Leader Dogs for the Blind. He has a master of science in finance from Walsh College.
