Greg Holst, President of the Aircraft Division within the 1st Source Bank Specialty Finance Group, announced the addition of Michael C. Francis as Vice President and Relationship Sales Officer.

Francis is a business aviation professional with more than 12 years of experience in aircraft market analysis, aircraft sales, fleet management and aircraft financing. He was previously employed by CIT Business Aircraft Finance where he was responsible for loan origination and relationship management in the Eastern United States.

Francis is a commercial-rated pilot with a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Management from Daniel Webster College and an MBA from Northeastern University. He resides in Boston, Massachusetts where he is an active board member of the Massachusetts Business Aviation Association and is a former advisor to the Helicopter Association International’s Finance and Leasing Committee.
