Burk Reynolds has been named Chief Operations Officer (COO) at VFI Corporate Finance, a Utah equipment-leasing company primarily involved in leasing capital assets throughout North America.
Reynolds joined VFI in 2014 as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and has overseen financial aspects of the company’s recent national growth. In his new role, Reynolds will be responsible for improving business processes and creating operational efficiencies throughout the organization.
“This is a natural transition for Burk to manage our corporate operations and logistics, while continuing his responsibilities overseeing financial services and serving on the senior management team,” said Greg Adondakis, CEO of VFI Corporate Finance.
Reynolds has been an accounting and financial services professional for over 20 years. Prior to joining VFI Corporate Finance, he worked as a Principal for Lone Peak Valuation Group and with PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP in its financial advisory and litigation support services group. Reynolds also worked for a fully integrated oil company with over $15 billion in revenues. While at the oil company, Burk was involved in several multi-million dollar transactions, one of which he later served as the Chief Financial Officer.
He is a graduate of Brigham Young University with a Bachelors and Masters of Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor.
