Quick Bridge Funding, a privately-held financial services firm, announced it has hired Lisa Reickerd as its first director of marketing. The move signals the company’s intention to grow the business at an accelerated pace through brand awareness and market expansion.
As director of marketing, Reickerd is responsible for developing integrated marketing plans and strategies to meet Quick Bridge’s goal of being small business owners’ number one trusted lender. She will direct digital and traditional marketing campaigns, social media, public relations, community relations, and events. These programs are specifically designed to build the Quick Bridge small business lender national brand, drive customer acquisition, and contribute value to the local community.
Reickerd brings significant marketing experience to her leadership position. Prior to joining Quick Bridge, she held the position of director of marketing at Ten-X (formerly Auction.com). During her tenure with Ten-X, her targeted marketing campaigns based on buyer audience segments generated 23% improvement in engagement across the platform and a 17% uplift in sales. Previous to her tenure at Ten-X, she served in global executive roles with Printronix and Ingram Micro.
“Lisa’s experience is critical as we continue to grow the Quick Bridge brand. Since joining us, she’s worked independently and in collaboration with other departments to ensure our marketing is an accurate reflection of our business and what we stand for,” said Quick Bridge Funding President Ben Gold. “We are thrilled to have Lisa on board. She has the know-how to build brand awareness and preference, as well as create and manage high-performing, cross-functional teams.”
“My goal is to deliver targeted marketing campaigns focused on the benefits Quick Bridge brings to small business owners,” said Reickerd. “Differentiating and promoting our brand across all of our marketing channels will build our value proposition. The timing is right, and I’m thrilled to join the Quick Bridge team of professionals—helping business owners truly live the American dream.”
Reickerd earned her bachelor’s degree in business from San Diego State University, and her M.B.A. from Pepperdine University, Malibu, California. She is a Certified Six Sigma Specialist.
