MB Equipment Finance has hired Doug Ducray as Senior Vice President, Capital Markets. Ducray is primarily responsible for structuring, pricing and syndicating equipment finance transactions originated by MB Equipment Finance’s direct sales force. Ducray joins MB from Citizens Asset Finance, Inc. where he was Senior Vice President, Capital Markets, for 12 years.

“Doug is a seasoned commercial equipment finance professional with over three decades of experience and an impressive record of success,” said Dave Drury, President of MB Equipment Finance. “His addition to our team strengthens MB Equipment Finance’s ability to provide efficient financing to businesses across the U.S. and also increase syndication activity and revenue in the secondary market.”  Ducray will report to Eric Staczek, who heads MB Equipment Finance’s Capital Markets team.

Ducray holds an MBA from the University of Northern Colorado and a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Colorado State University.
