MB Financial Bank hired Kevin L. Moffitt as Chief Risk Officer. Moffitt will lead MB Financial Bank's Risk Management group comprised of the Credit Review, Compliance and CRA, Financial Crimes Risk Management, Enterprise Risk Management, Legal and Mortgage Risk Management divisions.

Moffitt joins MB Financial Bank from First Midwest Bancorp, where he was Chief Risk Officer. With experience in domestic and international risk management, compliance and risk-based control focused processes; Moffitt will help MB Financial Bank further build first class risk management processes across the entire company.
