Key Equipment Finance announced it has promoted Brock Edwards to equipment finance officer, business bank team. In this role, Edwards will lead equipment financing activities for the Seattle and South Puget Sounds markets.

Edwards joined the Key Equipment Finance Sales Accelerated Career Training (ACT) program in 2014. Sales ACT is a nine-month comprehensive training program designed to provide a thorough understanding of the equipment finance industry.

“Brock successfully completed our Sales ACT rotational program and has excelled as a sales manager with the technology division,” said Scott C. Edwards, senior vice president, for Key Equipment Finance. “He has demonstrated extensive knowledge in business banking, capital markets and commercial credits, and I look forward to working with him in this new role.”

Edwards was named an inside sales manager upon completion of the Sales ACT program in April 2015 and was promoted to sales manager for the technology division later that same year.  In that role, he managed new technology vendor relationships and created strategic vendor growth plans to fit their needs.

Edwards has a bachelor’s degree in finance from Oregon State University.
