The new officers and directors of the National Association of Equipment Leasing Brokers, (NAELB), for 2016-2017 took on their roles at the Annual Business Meeting during its 2016 Annual Conference, Executive Director Joe Casey announced. The newly-elected and returning board members include:

- Rodney Blecha of Precision Leasing, Shawnee KS: President-Elect
- Sheri Bancroft of Bancroft Leasing out of Memphis, TN: Vice President
- Pete Sawyer of Sun South Equipment Leasing, Lakeland, FL: Immediate Past President
- Jaime Kaneshina of The Cambridge Capital Group of Chino Hills, CA: Secretary/ Treasurer
- Henry Grace of IFS Equipment Financing in Columbus, OH: Director
- Doug Richters of Accord Financial Group from Covington, OH: Director
- Timothy Daum of Plan B Capital Group of Nepean, ON, Canada: Director
NAELB is the premier organization formed to promote the interests of equipment leasing brokers through education, advocacy, improved communication with funders and programs designed to upgrade the professionalism and profitability of brokers, funders and others engaged in the business of equipment lease financing. NAELB is an association formed by leasing brokers for leasing brokers. The NAELB is the Broker's Advocate.
