Heath Holdbrooks, executive vice president, and president of Crestmark’s Transportation Division, announced promotions at the division’s offices in Franklin (Greater Nashville), Tennessee. The Transportation Division specializes in financing solutions for small- and medium-sized businesses in the transportation industry, including trucking and logistics companies.
Holdbrooks said, “I am pleased to announce the promotions of several staff members within Crestmark’s Transportation Division. These individuals contribute greatly to the success of our lending programs to the transportation industry. Their expertise, and focus on client-service, has been important to the growth of this division. They will be a great asset as we continue to develop and expand our line of products and services that help busy trucking/logistics companies nationwide.”
Lynne Farrar was promoted to first vice president, underwriting manager from vice president. Farrar joined Crestmark in 2007 with the acquisition of TPG Commercial Finance where she was an underwriter. Since joining Crestmark, Farrar has held various positions within the Transportation Division, including underwriter, portfolio manager, and operations manager. Farrar has an M.B.A. from Belmont University, Jack C. Massey Graduate School of Business, and a B.S. in finance from Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee.
Bonnie Helgesen was promoted to vice president, account executive from assistant vice president. Helgesen has 20 years of experience in accounting and finance. She became part of Crestmark in 2007 when the company acquired TPG Commercial Finance where she had been a client analyst. Her Crestmark career includes a 2013 promotion to assistant vice president. She has a B.A. in management and human relations from Trevecca Nazarene University.
Sherri Holmes was promoted to vice president, account executive from assistant vice president. Holmes has more than 25 years of industry experience in transportation credit, collections, and factoring. She joined Crestmark in 2011 when the company acquired the Comdata Transportation Factoring Unit where she was a portfolio manager supervisor. While at Comdata, Holmes held a variety of positions in financial services, transportation credit, and collections.
Kim Meek was promoted to vice president, account executive from assistant vice president. Meek has more than 25 of years of experience in the finance and transportation industries. She joined Crestmark in 2011 when the company purchased the Comdata Transportation Factoring Unit, where she was a portfolio manager. In 2013, she was promoted to assistant vice president. Earlier, she was collection manager in the transportation division at Comdata.
Phyllis Packard has been promoted to assistant vice president, legal compliance, from officer. She has overseen legal compliance for the Transportation Division since 2012. She became part of Crestmark’s Transportation Division with the company’s 2011 acquisition of the Comdata Transportation Factoring Unit where she had worked in financial services. At Crestmark, she started in operations as the collections supervisor. Packard graduated from Columbia State Community College.
