A redesigned and more informative website and new social media pages are among recent online communications improvements introduced by JDR Solutions, an Indianapolis-based provider of equipment finance portfolio management software and services.

Visitors to www.jdrsolutions.com will find a more eye-pleasing site that is easy to navigate, said John Schaffner, JDR’s President and Chief Executive Officer.

“Besides being aesthetically pleasing, our new website provides better and more concise information on the four product lines we offer: Customized Business Process Outsourcing, Software as a Service, Custom Web Portals and Consulting Services,” Schaffner said. “Website visitors also will find testimonials from our customers, company news and events, and a page that explains our strategic partnership with International Decision Systems, developer of the InfoLease® and Rapport® software that we offer and service.”

Customers also can access iVirtuaLease®, a secure portal from the home page.

JDR has added Facebook and Twitter pages to its external communications resources, with plans to soon launch company LinkedIn and YouTube pages. Social media pages are accessible through the website.

“Although we have these new communications tools, we aren’t finished,” Schaffner said. “We will continue to add content and features as we move forward, including a company blog with helpful portfolio management tips.”
