Barb Rajchel has joined Big Shoulders Capital as its Chief Credit Officer.
 
Barb, a former JPMorgan Chase executive, will chair the Big Shoulders Capital underwriting committee, and organize and prioritize deal activity. She reports to chief operating officer Alice Peterson.
