North Star Leasing has expanded its office staff by adding the following employees: Colin Rugg, Kathy Collatos and Kit Antinozzi. Rugg has joined as a Business Development Specialist.  He graduated from Champlain College with a degree in Business.

Collatos has joined North Star Leasing as a Business Development Specialist. She brings in over 20 years in the equipment finance industry and her experience managing syndications and direct originations. Her past employment includes General Electric, where she worked for six years, and Engs Commercial Finance. She is a graduate of Skidmore College with a degree in political science.

Antinozzi has joined as a Business Development Specialist. Antinozzi graduated from Cornell where she earned her MBA. She previously worked for Blue Map for six years, as well as the Vermont Agency for three years.

North Star is looking forward to using these three new team members to help more businesses grow through equipment financing. North Star Leasing has experienced 50% growth over the last two years and is looking forward to another successful year.

Alex Dean has been promoted to underwriter. He has been working for North Star for over a year and is pleased by his expanded role in the company. His experience at UNH studying Business Administration is helping him approve credit decisions on deals under $10,000. He continues to be an integral part of the North Star team.
