DelGuidice reports to Remarketing Services President, Jeff Tanenbaum.
“Matt brings over 14 years experience in the industrial auctions field, where he has actively helped c-level professionals recover the highest value for underperforming or surplus assets,” said Tanenbaum. “He brings solutions to companies undergoing bankruptcy, downsizings, divestitures, orderly closings, or those simply looking to shed excess equipment. Matt’s expertise spans a wide range of industries and equipment types, from printing, plastic injection molding, machine tools, and IT to bio-tech, surface mount, semi-conductors and aluminum.”
DelGuidice comes to Tiger from industrial auctioneering firm Maynards Industries, Chicago, where he served as Vice President of U.S. Operations since 2013. Previously, he spent over 11 years at GoIndustry DoveBid, initially as Director of Auction Services, North America, and later as Vice President of Auction Services, North America.
A former professional hockey player for the Boston Bruins, the Chicago resident began his business career in 1998 as a sales representative for Dichello Distributors, Inc. and went on to serve as an account executive for DSL.net, and a data network account manager for Etecnologycorp. Inc., before joining DoveBid in 2001.
“Matt adds to Tiger Group’s growing presence in the Chicago market,” Tanenbaum added. “He joins Tiger professionals Jason Rae, Michelle Salazar and Jeff Ruettiger, who continue to service our asset based lending, private equity and corporate valuation clients, as well as turnaround and insolvency professionals, in the region.”
