The Central New York Business Journal reported M&T Bank has promoted Frank J. Campagna to group vice president, responsible for managing the bank’s commercial-equipment finance group.
Campagna has worked for M&T for 14 years, most recently as administrative vice president.
Campagna will oversee a team of commercial bankers to design tax-oriented and non-tax-oriented leases for organizations, large and small.
Campagna received a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in education from The College of New Jersey.
