Lender Recruiting today announced that Paul Cottone has joined the firm as a Senior Recruiter. In this role, Paul will be responsible for new business development and cultivating and maintaining client relationships with asset-based lenders, factoring companies, equipment lessors and banks. He will be based in Philadelphia, PA.

Paul is an accomplished commercial finance executive with a strong background in audit, portfolio management, credit and the management of the new business process. Most recently Paul served as Executive Vice President of Allied Affiliated Funding, LLC, a factoring company. He previously held senior leadership positions with Textron Financial, CIT Group and Bank of America.
Paul is a past board member of the Commercial Finance Association, the Philadelphia Turnaround Management Association and the International Factoring Association. He is a graduate of Drexel University.
