Blue Bridge Financial announced three new employee hires to their senior management team.
To support the rapid company expansion at Blue Bridge Financial, Heather O’Callaghan joins as Vice President of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. Mrs. O’Callaghan will be based in the Washington, D.C. area and will oversee all company professional recruiting efforts as well as oversee Human Resource activities, including incentive program management, benefits plans, training and compliance. Heather brings with her substantial experience in recruiting and human resources at larger companies, including Primatics Financial, FrontPoint Security and E-Trade Financial. She holds a bachelor’s degree in communications and public relations from Radford University.
Heather O’Callaghan commented, “Blue Bridge Financial is in an exciting period of fast growth throughout all of their U.S. office locations and I am focused on bringing top-notch talent on-board to aid in the expansion. As I actively lead the search process to fill new positions that become available, I am also looking forward to working with the current team members as the leader of HR functions.”
Joining Blue Bridge Financial as Chief Financial Officer is Mainak (Nick) Divan. Bringing a wealth of experience to Blue Bridge, Nick was most recently the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Ingram Micro where he led a team responsible for over $6 billion in annual revenue. With over 20 years of financial experience, Nick has also held management roles at M&T Bank and Price Waterhouse. He obtained his Bachelors of Science degree at the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and his MBA from the University of Buffalo. At Blue Bridge, he will oversee all aspects of company financial activities, including balance sheet management, reporting and overall internal control structure. Nick will be based in the company’s Buffalo, NY headquarters.
To facilitate increased lending and credit processing volume, Shannon McCaffery joins the Blue Bridge Financial team as Vice President of Credit. She will oversee a growing team of credit analysts and managers at the Buffalo, NY company headquarters. Most recently serving as VP and Business Banking Credit Manager at Five Star Bank, McCaffery brings over 15 years of banking experience with a depth of knowledge in credit decision-making, loan origination and employee training. Shannon remarked, “I am excited to join a team of credit professionals who are dedicated to providing industry-leading credit approval time to support the borrowing needs of small businesses throughout the United States. I look forward to developing a system of efficient and streamlined credit processes that will set the standard in the specialty finance industry.”
