Truist Securities announced three new senior hires to its Industrials and Services investment banking team, deepening the firm's expertise across the key industries of aerospace and defense, building products and basic materials, and transportation and logistics.
These additions reflect Truist's continued investment in talent and sustained growth, particularly in strategically important sectors of the economy.

Don Devendorf joins as a managing director, leading coverage of the Transportation and Logistics sector, which includes railroads, trucking operators, integrated and asset-light logistics providers, transportation infrastructure and transportation equipment leasing. Prior to joining Truist, Devendorf was at Morgan Stanley and Bluejay Advisors.
Douglas Jarl joins as managing director, leading Aerospace, Defense and Government Services sector coverage, which includes aerospace manufacturing, defense electronics and technology, and government-specific services businesses. Prior to joining Truist, Jarl was at Barclays, Bank of America and TD Cowen.
Josh Prangley joins as managing director, leading coverage of the Building Products and Basic Materials sector, which includes companies focused on residential and commercial building product manufacturing and distribution, heavy side building materials, and forestry products such as wood products, pulp, paper and paper packaging. Prior to joining Truist, Prangley was at Greenhill & Co. and started his banking career at J.P. Morgan.

Devendorf and Jarl will be based in New York City and Prangley in Chicago, all reporting to Pilant.
