Oakmont Capital Services (OCS) announced the promotion of a valued employee and the addition of eight new hires in multiple departments across the Pennsylvania and Minnesota offices. This expansion strengthens OCS’ ability to provide seamless financing solutions for business owners and partners.

Advancing Talent

Hailey Nathe has been promoted from Operations Specialist to Account Manager. Nathe first joined OCS in 2022 as an intern while earning her AAS in Business Management from Alexandria Technical and Community College. She later advanced to Operations Specialist at the Minnesota branch, building a strong foundation in customer relations. Now, as an Account Manager, she will work closely with customers to answer contract questions and help them maximize OCS' financing offerings.

Expanding Accounting Expertise

OCS welcomes two new staff accountants:

• Jennifer Krantz, bringing 18 years of experience in payment processing and financial reporting, will oversee daily funding, account reconciliation, and banking operations.
• Jordan Madaya, experienced in ACH transactions and audit support, will focus on accounts payable and financial documentation.

Strengthening Sales & Marketing

Three new professionals join the Sales and Marketing teams:

• Cole Hickman, Sales Associate, will work alongside the internal sales team to facilitate transactions and enhance the customer experience.
• Laurie Gill, Business Development Officer, with eight years in the equipment finance industry, will build relationships with manufacturers and dealers in the specialty vehicle sector.
• John Williams, Digital Marketing Specialist, will lead strategy, social media management, and website optimization, aligning digital efforts with OCS’ growth objectives.

Enhancing Operations & Human Resources

OCS bolsters its Operations and Human Resources teams with key hires:

• Paris Ellingson, HR Coordinator, will support employee engagement, onboarding, and culture-building initiatives.
• Brenda Sand, Operations Specialist, joins with four years of Equipment Finance Division experience, assisting with title processing and customer interactions.
• Bethany Worms, Receptionist, with six years of experience in the equipment finance industry, will provide administrative support and a welcoming first point of contact for customers.
