Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC (CSG Law) announced the launch of its Equipment Leasing & Finance Group, led by Robert Hornby who will serve as Chair and Practice Group Leader of the Group.

While this group has existed for many years as a part of the firm’s full-service Litigation Group, this formal spinoff will enable the group to provide further resources and capabilities to clients. The group already has a national presence thanks to its representation of a wide variety of national and regional banks, domestic and international captive equipment leasing companies and alternative lending financial institutions.

Members of the new group will include:

  • Robert Hornby (Chair and Practice Group Leader)
  • Frank Peretore (Of Counsel)
  • Cory Simmons (Associate)
  • Christian Martinotti (Associate)

The group also works closely with the firm’s Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights Group members, including Sam Della Fera, Scott Zuber, Tom Walsh and Terri Jane Freedman.

“The formalization of the Equipment Leasing & Finance Group is an important step for the firm as we continue to refine and expand our practice offerings for clients,” said Marie Mathews, Managing Member of CSG Law. “We believe this group will continue to grow under the guidance of Robert as Chair and Practice Group Leader.”

“Our team is focused on providing clients with practical and cost-effective legal advice from the inception of the equipment finance transaction through its enforcement,” said Robert Hornby. “We work closely with clients to find solutions that will advance their business goals and objectives. The launch of the Equipment Leasing & Finance Group will allow us to continue to expand and streamline the delivery of services to better meet clients’ needs.”
