BankUnited Inc. announced it has named Marc Einerman senior vice president, corporate banking based in Melville, N.Y.
In his new position, Einerman is responsible for developing new corporate client relationships across the tri-state area and providing customized banking solutions to BankUnited’s existing portfolio of middle-market clientele and large companies.
“Marc has an exceptional corporate banking background spanning 20 years of industry experience,” said BankUnited’s Jeffrey Fliegel, EVP, Managing Director, Corporate Banking, New York. “He’s built tremendous client relationships by having a keen understanding for their needs and delivering highly-personalized banking solutions that will help our clients grow their companies.”
Einerman, born and raised in Manhattan and now a resident of Long Island, joins BankUnited from First Citizens Bank in New York, where he served as managing director, middle market banking. In that role, he sourced all originations and headed business development/strategy for regional middle market banking, focusing on privately held companies.
Einerman earned an MBA in finance and economics at Fordham University, New York, and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
