Moritt Hock & Hamroff Continues its Florida Growth By Adding Two Attorneys

Moritt Hock & Hamroff announced the addition of two new attorneys to its Florida office, illustrating the firm’s continued commitment to growth in southeast Florida. Joseph F. Poklemba joins the firm’s Litigation Practice Group as Senior Counsel and Steven M. Bimston joins the firm’s Litigation and Creditors' Rights, Restructuring & Bankruptcy Practice Groups as Counsel.

Poklemba has more than 30 years of experience representing individuals and corporate entities in a wide variety of commercial litigation, construction litigation, banking and real estate litigation matters. The scope of his practice is diversified and includes the representation of individuals and businesses on a wide range of commercial/business litigation matters in state and federal courts, including contract disputes, construction, banking, real estate and employment litigation matters.

Bimston concentrates his practice in all facets of commercial litigation-related matters. His practice primarily focuses on complex commercial and real estate litigation. Bimston also represents secured and unsecured creditors in bankruptcy matters including contested matters, adversary proceedings, lessor disputes and evidentiary hearings.
