GreatAmerica Financial Services has promoted Brian Bjella to Chief Revenue Officer, emphasizing its dedication to the markets it serves and its future growth initiatives. Since joining GreatAmerica in 2010, Bjella has played a pivotal role in driving growth across multiple capacities, most recently serving as Group President of Specialty Markets.

As Chief Revenue Officer, Bjella will lead all revenue-generating business units at GreatAmerica. His responsibilities will include overseeing the Specialty Markets Group (Automotive, Construction, Direct Programs, Franchise, and Healthcare), Office Equipment Group, Connected Technology Group and Platform Services (Portfolio Services Group and Advisory Services). Additionally, he will ensure sales and marketing alignment, expanding his strategic influence.

“Brian’s proven leadership and successful track record of growing markets make him the ideal candidate to lead our corporate strategic growth and ensure end-to-end focus on our sales efforts,” said Martin Golobic, CEO, GreatAmerica. “Promoting him aligns with our long-term strategy to assemble a leadership team that not only embodies the industry's top talent but also has the capability to elevate our customer commitment and drive growth into new markets.”

Bjella expressed his enthusiasm for the role: “I am honored to contribute to the continued development of the remarkable brand GreatAmerica has cultivated over the past three decades. The dedication of GreatAmerica team members, their unwavering focus on our customers, and the strength of our technology and financing platform make this company truly extraordinary. It is a privilege to serve such an exceptional team.”

Before joining GreatAmerica, Bjella served as President and Principal of Grandview Financial, a small-ticket equipment finance lessor. He previously spent 11 years with Lyon Financial/US Bancorp Business Equipment Finance, holding various senior roles. Bjella has also contributed to the industry as a board member and was a founding member of the National Equipment Finance Association.
