RB Global, a global partner for insights, services and transaction solutions, announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement under which RB Global will acquire J.M. Wood Auction Co. We currently expect the acquisition to be completed in the second quarter of 2025, subject to customary closing conditions, including required regulatory clearances.
