Mitsubishi HC Capital America, a non-bank, non-captive finance provider, announced that Wayne Pass, Senior Vice President and Chief Credit Officer for the Vendor Solutions division, has been named to Equifax’s Commercial Finance Network (CFN) Advisory Board of Directors.
The CFN is a shared data exchange that gives members access to commercial payment performance information along with unique data about employment, business ownership, identity, wealth and assets. The Network fuels the creation of analytic insights that can help businesses identify, reach, decide and grow commercial customer relationships. The over-arching goal of the CFN is to expand access to capital and services for small business in the United States, and simultaneously help grow those entities. In his role as board member, Pass will assist in providing leadership for the direction of CFN’s network exchanges, as well as determine which entities and members can contribute as well as review potential members looking to gain access.
"I am honored to join the Equifax Commercial Finance Network Advisory Board," said Pass. "Their commitment to enhancing access to critical data and insights for small businesses aligns perfectly with our mission of enabling smarter, more informed financial decisions. I look forward to collaborating with my fellow committee members to help drive, advance and expand the Network’s goals and mission.”
