ROMCO Equipment Co. and its parent company, SMT, headquartered in Brussels, Belgium, have acquired Bee Equipment Sales of Lubbock, Texas.

Established in 1961 and with 16 locations, ROMCO Equipment Co. provides products for the Texas and New Mexico earthmoving/ground engaging, materials handling, demolition, scrap and recycling markets. SMT, a distributor and after-sales partner in the equipment and transport industry across 31 countries, entered the U.S. market in 2022 with its acquisition of ROMCO Equipment Co.

Bee Equipment Sales, founded in 1981, offers sales, service and rental of construction and paving equipment throughout west Texas and southeastern New Mexico.
