Amy’s role at KLC Financial encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, including overseeing daily operations, policy development, risk management and fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment. Her leadership has transformed KLC’s operations, with one of her most notable achievements being the successful implementation of a new operating system that has streamlined internal processes and boosted operational efficiency.

In addition to her technological contributions, Amy established the Account Servicing Support team, demonstrating her innovative approach to solving organizational challenges. This move has enabled KLC to bring key services in-house, improving client interactions and customer satisfaction.
