FORT Capital Resources (FORT) appointed Nathan Raiders as Director of Operations & Underwriting. With an extensive background in the equipment finance industry, Raiders brings a wealth of expertise and strategic insights that will bolster FORT’s operations, underwriting, and portfolio management. This addition will further strengthen FORTs commitment to delivering flexible and innovative financial solutions to its clients, vendors, and capital market partners.
Raiders has a proven track record in managing complex underwriting processes and implementing scalable operational frameworks. He has held key leadership roles at prominent financial institutions, including EverBank, KeyBank, as well as an independent lessor.
He started his career as a credit analyst and graduated to underwriting within the FDIC bank regulated environment. He then led the creation of credit policies and risk-rating frameworks at a lessor, enabling the investment committee to make informed decisions. He also played a pivotal role in developing pricing models and compliance systems that supported the company’s growth across verticals while also monitoring performance of an on balance sheet portfolio through closely managing the in house billing & servicing operations.

Raiders holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a focus on Finance, Economics, and International Business from Drexel University, and has earned Financial Modeling and Valuation Analyst (FMVA) and Commercial Banking and Credit Analyst (CBCA) certifications.
