Asset Compliant Solutions Appoints Norman to Newly Created Client Support Manager

September 20, 2024, 07:15 AM

As part of its mission to help asset-based lenders and lease finance companies operate more successfully, Asset Compliant Solutions announced the appointment of Chris Norman, a 16-year veteran of the firm with 33-years’ recovery experience, to the newly created position of Client Support Manager. In this role, Chris is charged with notifying ACS clients and non-clients when assets the firm uncovers may be at-risk.

Analyzing a combination of published commercial loan data and intelligence from ACS’s vast nationwide agent network, Chris identifies equipment whose loan balances may require urgent or special attention. In some cases, lenders may act to recover the asset immediately. In others, the lender may choose to apply more energetic collection tactics. Either way, ACS has made At-Risk Asset Notifications a part of its ongoing operating model.

“With 33-years as a repossession specialist, Chris is uniquely qualified to serve as ACS’s Client Support Manager,” stated Andrew Pace, ACS Chief Client Experience Officer. “Not only is he a skilled skip tracer, he’s also a great communicator and strong industry advocate. We’re proud to have Chris protecting our clients and industry partners.”

“It’s a privilege for me to help serve some of the country’s largest and most important lenders,” added Chris. “ACS is the only firm I know where a professional like me is encouraged to up their game and find new ways to add value. The team here is truly unlike any other I’ve experienced in our industry.”

During the first month in his role, Chris has notified lenders across the country, identifying hundreds of at-risk assets. ACS clients and non-clients alike have consistently expressed their gratitude for Chris’s and ACS’s assistance reducing risk and enhancing portfolio performance.
