“Today’s equipment finance teams are tasked with maximizing their technology investments and rely on Tamarack to extend their internal resources,” said Mitch Peterson, Executive Vice President Of Operations at Tamarack Technology. “Our clients trust us with their success, so it's crucial that our team possesses the highest levels of expertise and industry knowledge. Shelly's addition significantly enhances our ability to impact our clients positively.”

Kirsch brings to Tamarack nearly four decades of experience in accounting, finance and corporate tax. She joins from St. Paul-based Allegiance Financial Group, Inc., where she started as controller in 2004 and was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in 2012. During her tenure, she played a key role in the company’s financial management, strategy development, execution, financial decision-making, team building, and process improvement.
