MAZO Capital Solutions announced the appointment of Melissa Fisher as Chief Risk Officer. Fisher brings more than 30 years of experience in the equipment finance industry, adding a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the MAZO Capital team.
As Chief Risk Officer, Fisher will take the lead in assessing and addressing risk, ensuring MAZO can continue to evolve as an organization. Her expertise will be crucial in strengthening MAZO’s policies and procedures to create a foundation for continued growth and safeguarding the organization’s esteemed reputation. Through her leadership, MAZO plans to implement robust risk management strategies and uphold the highest standards of service and reliability.

Fisher's distinguished career in the equipment finance sector includes a recent tenure as Chief Operating Officer at Taycor Financial, where she led numerous successful initiatives and drove operational excellence. Her leadership and innovative approach significantly contributed to the company's growth and market positioning.

Prior to her role at Taycor Financial, Fisher held various strategic positions, including Vice President of Credit at Strada Capital/Currency, Vice President of Credit at Balboa Capital, and Senior Credit Analyst at California Thrift and Loan. Additionally, Fisher has provided consulting services to various companies in the industry, leveraging her deep expertise to deliver impactful solutions.
